工艺参数和刀具参数对碳纤维复合材料/铝合金叠层材料的钻削轴向力及制孔质量具有重要的影响。使用普通硬质合金麻花钻对该叠层材料进行钻削试验,分析主轴转速、进给量、麻花钻顶角和螺旋角对钻削轴向力的影响规律,并对试验结果进行回归分析和方差分析,得到了关于工艺参数和刀具参数的初步优化结论。
Process parameters and tool parameters have an important effect on the axial drilling forces and hole quality of carbon fiber composites / aluminum alloy laminates.
