British scientists invented a magical capsule containing a video camera inside which can show internal images of the gastrointestinal tract after swallowing. The endoscope currently used must have a long fiber optic cable. The researchers believe that this kind of capsule is more superior than the endoscope technology. The new capsule endoscope is only φ11mm×30mm in size and has a miniature camera and light inside.
