输电工程的特殊性决定了输电工程供应链存在很大的潜在风险。输电工程供应链的风险由内生风险和外生风险两个维度构成,内生风险由信息风险、生产风险和物流风险组成,而外生风险包括自然环境、社会文化、政策制度、意外事故和政治经济5个方面。运用层次分析法和综合评价法构建了输电工程供应链风险评价指标体系,对供应链风险指标权重进行计算和综合评价,并根据风险评价结果提出相应的风险管理措施和对策。
The particularity of transmission project determines the transmission project supply chain there is a great potential risk. By using analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method, this paper constructs the supply chain risk evaluation index system of transmission project, calculates and evaluates the weight of supply chain risk indicators, and puts forward the corresponding risk management measures and countermeasures according to the risk evaluation results.
