采用PHA和秋水仙素活体注射法,首次对洞庭湖区两种不同体色黄鳝进行肾细胞染色体标本制备,并对其染色体数目及组型进行比较分析。结果表明,两种不同体色黄鳝的染色体数目相同,2N=24,且全部为端部着丝粒染色体;但两种不同体色黄鳝的染色体相对长度存在一定差异:黄鳝A的染色体相对长度为11.45±0.06~6.15±0.03,黄鳝B的染色体相对长度为11.53±0.01~5.23±0.09。试验结果为进一步研究洞庭湖区黄鳝种质资源的遗传多样性提供了基础性资料。
The PHA and colchicine in vivo injection method for the first time on the Dongting Lake two different color Monopterus albus for preparation of renal cell chromosome specimens, and its chromosome number and type were compared. The results showed that the chromosome numbers of the two different color Monopterus albus were the same, 2N = 24, and all of them were telocentric chromosomes. However, the relative lengths of the chromosomes in two different color Monopterus albus were different: the relative length of chromosomes in Monopterus albus was 11.45 ± 0.06 ~ 6.15 ± 0.03, the relative length of the chromosomes of Eel B was 11.53 ± 0.01 ~ 5.23 ± 0.09. The results provide the basic information for further studying the genetic diversity of rice field eel in Dongting Lake.
