过去5年,是大连发展极不平凡的5年。5年来,大连坚持把发展作为第一要务,其间城市综合经济实力显著增强:地区生产总值从5158亿元增加到7700亿元,年均增长8.5%;固定资产投资累计实现2.8万亿元,年均增长5.6%;公共财政收入累计达到3611亿元,年均增长2.9%。5年来,大连坚持把调结构作为主攻方向,经济发展质量和效益持续提升:服务业增加值占GDP比重由42.7%提高到50.8%;金融业增加值占GDP比重由5.1%上升到9%,软件和信息服务业销售收入年均增长10%
