综述了前人关于气体流经填充床时阻力损失的研究工作;用实验方法研究了填充球蓄热室的阻力特性,即气体流速、蓄热体直径、球层高度和孔隙度对阻力损失的影响;用Ergun方程形式整理实验数据,得出方程中的两个常数分别为229和1.96;考虑蓄热室壁对球层的气流分布的影响,提出气流速度的修正系数为1.5d/D。
The previous studies on the resistance loss of gas flowing through the packed bed were reviewed. The resistance characteristics of the regenerated ball-filled regenerator were studied experimentally, that is, the gas flow rate, the diameter of the regenerator, the height of the spherical layer and the porosity The Ergun equation was used to sort out the experimental data. The two constants in the equation were obtained as 229 and 1.96, respectively. Considering the effect of regenerator wall on the gas flow distribution in the sphere, the correction coefficient of airflow velocity was proposed to be 1.5d / D.
