米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠已被广泛应用。方法对妊娠5～20周孕妇自愿终止妊娠者,应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠576例,其中一胎256例,二胎320例。结果576例中,死胎156例,畸形124例,非意愿妊娠296例。结论经临床效果观察证实,该药效果好,流产成功率达100%,并且服用方便,痛苦少,副作用小。
Mifepristone with misoprostol termination of pregnancy has been widely used. Methods 576 pregnant women who terminated pregnancy by using pregnant women with 5-20 weeks’ gestation and terminated with mifepristone and misoprostol, including 256 cases of one fetus and 320 cases of second child. Results 576 cases, 156 cases of stillbirth, deformity in 124 cases, 296 cases of unwanted pregnancy. Conclusion Clinical results confirmed that the drug effect is good, the success rate of 100% abortion, and easy to take, less pain, side effects.
