试验采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)鉴定捕食性天敌的消化道内容物。ELISA 方法敏感、快速、便于应用。用此法鉴定粘虫低龄幼虫抗原的最小检出量为0.1mg(虫重)/ml,经吸附处理的抗血清对粘虫幼虫具有高特异性而与麦蚜和天敌无交叉反应。粘虫幼虫被丁纹豹蛛取食后的最长可测时间为9.5小时(食1头)和23.5小时(食3头)。对麦田中12种天敌的鉴定结果表明:七星瓢虫和蜘蛛是粘虫低龄幼虫的主要捕食性天敌。ELISA 结果与室内测定的天敌捕食量作了比较。
The digestive tract contents of predatory natural enemies were identified by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ELISA method is sensitive, fast, easy to apply. This method was used to identify the minimum detectable amount of the young armyworm larvae antigen 0.1mg (worm weight) / ml, the adsorption-treated antiserum has a high specificity for armyworm larvae and wheat aphids and no cross-reaction with natural enemies. The longest measurable time for armyworm larvae to eat leopard leopard spiders was 9.5 hours (one food intake) and 23.5 hours (food consumption three). The identification of 12 natural enemies in wheat field showed that the ladybugs and spiders were the main predators of armyworm larvae. The ELISA results were compared with the predators in the laboratory.
