2015年新年伊始,一起历经一年半审理、十几次谈话和庭审、数不清的电话沟通的医疗纠纷案件,最终以判决方式审结。宣判后,原、被告均未上诉。然而,庭审中原、被告对医学知识理解的针锋相对,医患之间严重的不信任,给我留下了深刻的印象。看到双方服判息诉,我的心情久久不能平复。作为一名审理医疗案件的法官,我已将此案的审理作为审判事业的一座灯塔,指引着我不断努力前行。 At the beginning of 2015, a series of medical dispute cases involving telephone communication after a year and a half trial, a dozen conversations and court hearings, and finally the verdict is concluded. After the verdict, neither the original nor the accused appealed. However, the trial of Central Plains and Defendants relative to the medical knowledge, and the serious mistrust between doctors and patients left a deep impression on me. See both sides serve sentence, my mood can not be calm for a long time. As a judge of medical cases, I have tried this case as a beacon of trial and guided me to continue my efforts.
