本文介绍浙江萧山国际大酒店(30层)大型基础底板泵送商品混凝土在远距离(35km)、夏季高温施工条件下,严格控制混凝土温度、降低混凝土内外温差、预防混凝土收缩缝、减少坍浇度损失、延缓混凝土凝结时间,确保混凝土顺利泵送和浇筑质量所采取的一系列施工技术和保证质量的措施及其取得的效果。文中以大量理论计算和实测数据验证了这些措施的正确性和有效性,为远距离、夏季施工的高层建筑大体积泵送商品混凝土提供了宝贵经验。
This article describes the concrete floor pumping of large-scale base concrete of the Xiaoshan International Hotel (30th floor) in Zhejiang Province under the conditions of long-distance (35km) summer high-temperature construction conditions, strictly control the concrete temperature, reduce the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete, prevent the concrete shrinkage joints, and reduce the pouring depth of the concrete. Losses, retarding the concrete setting time, ensuring a series of construction techniques and quality assurance measures taken by the concrete for smooth pumping and pouring quality, and the results achieved. A large number of theoretical calculations and measured data verify the correctness and effectiveness of these measures, and provide valuable experience for large-scale pumping of commercial concrete in long-distance, summer construction high-rise buildings.
