目的：观察地尔硫静脉滴注治疗高血压急症的疗效。方法：３２例病人（男性２１例，女性１１例，年龄５７±ｓ１４ａ），以地尔硫５０ｍｇ加于５％葡萄糖注射液２５０ｍＬ中静脉滴注，于６０～１２０ｍｉｎ滴完。结果：观察血压总有效率为９０％，在用药后５ｍｉｎ血压已开始下降，在１５～２０ｍｉｎ时已降至正常。结论：本品为治疗高血压急症的安全有效降压药。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of diltiazem intravenous infusion on hypertensive emergency. Methods: Thirty-two patients (21 males and 11 females, age 57 ± s14a) were treated with diltiazem 50 mg in 250 mL 5% dextrose injection and dripped at 60-120 min. Results: The observed total effective rate of blood pressure was 90%. After 5 minutes of administration, the blood pressure began to decline and dropped to normal after 15-20 minutes. Conclusion: This product is a safe and effective antihypertensive drug for the treatment of acute hypertension.
