真实型领导与知识型员工管家行为倾向的关系研究

领导力理论中真实型领导的诚实正直、忠于自我特征,与“德才兼备”中的“德”有着较好的契合,而知识型员工因其自身文化素质较高,他们在工作中感受到的自我价值实现程度,会影响其对企业的忠诚。因此,知识型员工与组织的价值观匹配程度尤为重要。通过总结知识型员工的特征,以及真实型领导、员工管家行为的文献综述,提出真实型领导对员工管家行为倾向的影响机制中,可能存在的调节变量(价值观匹配)、中介变量(情感承诺),从而建立理论分析模型。从管家行为这一积极行为学角度,研究如何激励员工将组织长期利益置于个人利益之上。 The honesty and honesty of true-style leaders in leadership theory are faithful to self-characteristics and have a good fit with “virtue ” in “both ability and political integrity”, and knowledge-based employees because of their own cultural quality, they are The degree of realization of self-worth encountered in work can affect its loyalty to the enterprise.
