水利电力部北京自动化仪器设备厂从1980年起,集各家所长,研制生产了功能较全、结构合理的SD-A 型大坝测压管水位遥测仪全套装置。经过在长办陆水水库一年多工业性试验,已于1982年12月11日由水电部组织,邀请全国有关省、市水利厅局、水库管理、科研设计、高等院校及工厂共59个单位,80多名代表于长办陆水水库进行产品技术鉴定。会议认为,仪器各项技术指标和主要性能均达到设计文件规定。采用等级电压传输、数字编码呼叫、显示水位真高、故障报警及组合积木式结构,设计方案正确,制造工艺及元器件选用时认真考虑了
