竞争力是确保高等职业院校长期生存,获取成功的关键的、宝贵的优势之一。竞争力在市场竞争中对高等职业教育起着至关重要的作用,它也是关键资源和动态能力相互作用的结果。以提升和促进欠发达地区高职院校的竞争力为目的,本文提出了一个新的视角,以知识管理和动态能力的视角,探索和评估高职院校与竞争力提升相关的关键资源和能力,特别是无形资产和动态能力。通过文献的收集、整理和分析,结合访谈,开展质的研究,最终重新定位和确定了相关的无形资源和动态能力,揭示了影响高职院校提升竞争力的关键的无形资产和动态能力构成。研究的结果将有助于管理者提高职业院校的管理能力和竞争优势。
Competitiveness is one of the key and valuable advantages of ensuring long-term survival and success of higher vocational colleges. Competitiveness plays a crucial role in higher vocational education in the market competition. It is also the result of the interaction between key resources and dynamic capabilities. In order to enhance and promote the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges in less-developed areas, this paper puts forward a new perspective to explore and assess the key resources of higher vocational colleges in relation to the promotion of competitiveness with the perspective of knowledge management and dynamic capabilities. Capabilities, especially intangible assets and dynamic capabilities. Through the collection, collation and analysis of the literature, interviews and qualitative research, the paper finally repositioned and determined related intangible resources and dynamic capabilities, revealing the key intangible assets and dynamic capabilities that affect higher vocational colleges in enhancing their competitiveness . The results of the study will help managers to improve the managerial ability and competitive advantage of vocational colleges.
