首次以阳离子化牛血清白蛋白(C-BSA)用于慢性肾衰(CRF)动物模模型的研究,实验兔的肾功能指标及病理学肾小球硬化结果提示C-BSA诱发CRF模型成立。此法研制的CRF模型能模拟人类此病的自然发病和病程及转归,近似人类临床上高发病率的、由免疫复合物型肾炎进展至CRF的动物模型。
Cationicized bovine serum albumin (C-BSA) was used for the first time in animal models of chronic renal failure (CRF). Renal function and pathological glomerulosclerosis in experimental rabbits suggested that C-BSA induced CRF model was established. The CRF model developed by this method can simulate the natural onset and course of disease of the human and the prognosis of the disease, which is similar to the high clinical morbidity rate in animal models of immune complex type nephritis progressing to CRF.
