中美两军战时血液保障模式的比较与启示

本文以海军的视角,从野战输血技术、血液保障机制和输血救治理念等方面比较分析了中美两军战时血液保障模式的特点与现状,可见美军的战时血液保障体系在不断经历战争考验后,已能满足美军跨洋作战和全球范围保障的卫勤需求,而我军现有的血液保障体系在这些方面与美军相比尚存在不小的差距。从中得到的启示是:随着中国海军建设的战略转型,原有近海防御的血液保障理念亟需转变,新常态、新形势下的我军血液保障机制与战伤输血救治水平亟待完善与提高,以建设适应远海防卫的战时血液保障模式。 This paper compares the characteristics and current situation of wartime blood-support mode between China and the United States from the perspective of the naval force from the field of blood transfusion technology, blood protection mechanism and the concept of blood transfusion rescue. It can be seen that the wartime blood-support system of the U.S. military constantly undergoes the war test After that, it has been able to meet the medical service needs of transatlantic operations and global coverage by the U.S. military. However, there is still a long way to go if compared with the U.S. military in our existing blood security system. The enlightenment from this is that with the strategic transformation of China’s naval construction, the original concept of blood protection in coastal defense needs to be changed urgently. Under the new normal, the blood guarantee mechanism and the blood transfusion service of our war under the new situation need to be improved and improved urgently. In order to build a wartime blood protection mode that is suitable for far-sea defense.
