The digital social environment and great changes in reading will inevitably bring challenges to Chinese teaching in senior high schools. However, challenges often contain new opportunities as well. How to apply WeChat as a new communication platform in Chinese teaching in senior high schools makes it an extremely useful tool for sharing the learning content, learning process and learning outcomes among teachers and students and between students.
