针对综采面液压支架监测参数多、传输距离远、难以实时安全监测等问题,设计了一种由ARM微处理器和CAN总线构建的井下液压支架监测系统。通过安装在液压支架上的压力、位移和倾角传感器,将液压支架的监测信息传送到数据采集分站,分站对采集到的数据进行预处理后,通过CAN总线传送到中心分站进行数据的进一步处理,并通过LCD和键盘构成的人机交互模块显示监测信息和故障报警,对实现液压支架的实时安全监测具有重要的实际应用意义。
Aimed at the problems of multiple monitoring parameters, long transmission distance and difficulty in real-time safety monitoring of fully mechanized mining hydraulic support, a monitoring system of underground hydraulic support constructed by ARM microprocessor and CAN bus was designed.
