农村居民的职业分化和收入差异化,不仅是村落社会分化的重要体现,而且推动着村落社会新的分层体系的形成。本文通过查阅文献、实地调查和问卷调查,将定性与定量结合,对一个普通村落的农民分化问题进行了系统研究。研究表明,随着农民分化的日益加深,农村正形成稳定态社会结构,农村社会分化的进程正在不断推进,新的社会阶层体系正在形成。
The differentiation of occupations and income of rural residents is not only an important manifestation of the social division of villages, but also promotes the formation of a new stratification system in village society. This paper systematically studies the problem of peasant differentiation in an ordinary village by referring to literature, field investigation and questionnaire survey, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The research shows that with the deepening of the differentiation of peasants, the rural areas are forming a steady-state social structure and the process of rural social differentiation is being promoted progressively. A new system of social strata is being formed.
