星期六有空参加了由永博明机构在华南农业大学林学院一楼报告厅的培训会,深有所获,体会如下:一、要树立现代课堂教学理念1.教师要在课堂教学中营造有利于学生学习成功的良好环境教师要以现代生活为背景,激活与活化知识,给学生营造一种向自己和他人智慧挑战的学习氛围,使学生在一种渴望和迫切要求之下参与课堂教学活动。真正改变那种教师呆板划一地教学、学生被迫无奈地被动接受学习的传统课堂教学模式。2.课堂教学要为每个学生开辟学习成功的多种渠道和途径
