对引起转子-轴承系统失稳的主要因素:非线性油膜力、转轴材料的内摩擦、动压密封力、蒸汽激振力进行了分析非线性油膜力对转子-轴承系统的稳定性影响最大,应重点分析和研究在非线性油膜力作用下转子-轴承系统的稳定性、响应及动力学行为.动态密封力、材料内阻尼、蒸汽激振力对转子-轴承系统的稳定性均有影响.因此在进行转子-轴承系统的稳定性研究及动力学设计时均应考虑这些非线性因素.
The main factors that cause the instability of the rotor-bearing system are the nonlinear oil film force, the internal friction of the shaft material, the dynamic sealing force and the steam excitation force. The nonlinear oil film force has the greatest influence on the stability of the rotor-bearing system, The stability, response and dynamic behavior of rotor-bearing system under nonlinear oil film force should be analyzed and studied. Dynamic sealing force, material damping, steam excitation force on the rotor - bearing system stability are affected. Therefore, these nonlinear factors should be taken into consideration in the stability study and dynamic design of the rotor-bearing system.
