要使青年能够增强对共青团的依赖,并切实解决青年的就业等问题需要共青团完善内部建设,提高服务组织能力,为青年的就业创业发展提供更多的机会和发展平台,能够及时为青年提供更多的信息,解决青年在就业中的各种问题。本文就当前我国共青团服务青年就业创业工作的现状及问题进行了简要的分析,然后提出了相关的对策。
To enable youth to enhance their reliance on the CYL and to effectively solve the problems such as the employment of youth requires that the CYL should improve its internal construction and improve the capacity of service organizations so as to provide more opportunities and a platform for youth employment and entrepreneurship development so as to provide more youth opportunities in a timely manner More information to solve various problems of youth in employment. This article briefly analyzes the status quo and problems of youth employment and entrepreneurship in China’s youth service youth and then puts forward relevant countermeasures.
