国务院日前提出,房价上涨过快的二三线城市也要纳入限购范围。新一轮限购城市名单呼之欲出。据报道,遴选新一轮限购的二三线城市名单,将主要依据房价涨幅和房地产开发投资增幅两个指标。此轮新增限购城市名单引发诸多猜议,有预测限购可能会从之前的40多个扩大至100多个城市,也有机构分析最多会有10至20个城市或纳入新一轮限购范围。当一线城市楼市被限购之后,二三线城市楼价猛涨,如果二三线城市限购,又会产生怎样的影响?
