班上(四年级)有个学生名叫超(化名),2006~2009学年度我担任了他的班主任。刚从四年级开始接手这个班级时,原班主任就告诉我超是留级生,成绩中等偏下,常常不写家庭作业,课堂不认真听讲,是班级的“小头疼”之一。初听到这样的学生,我心想:嗯,这样的孩子我要花更多的时间去教导他,相信他一定能够转化好。第一次站在讲台上,我难免有些紧张,在我作自我介绍的时候,一个孩子站了起来,大喊一声:“红苹果啊!”
