尿激酶受体 (u PAR ,CD87)是纤溶系统中的一个多功能受体 ,介导纤溶酶原的活化、信号传递及细胞的粘附等。它在肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移过程中也起着重要的作用 ,并和肿瘤的恶性程度相关。检测肿瘤细胞表面u PAR或血浆中可溶性u PAR(su PAR)的水平 ,有助于了解肿瘤病人病情及预后。阻止尿激酶 (u PA)与其受体的结合抑或调节肿瘤细胞表面u PAR的表达 ,可以抑制肿瘤的浸润和转移 ,达到治疗肿瘤的目的。
Urokinase receptor (uPAR, CD87) is a multifunctional receptor in the fibrinolytic system that mediates plasminogen activation, signal transduction, and cell adhesion. It also plays an important role in tumor growth, infiltration and metastasis, and is related to the degree of malignancy of the tumor. Detection of u PAR on the surface of tumor cells or soluble u PAR (su PAR) in plasma can help to understand the patient’s condition and prognosis. Preventing the binding of urokinase (u PA) to its receptor or regulating the expression of u PAR on the surface of tumor cells can inhibit the invasion and metastasis of tumors and achieve the purpose of treating tumors.
