本文介绍了中心频率f_0=15MHz,带宽△f=4MHz,时宽T=5μs的线性调频脉冲压缩滤波器的设计原理,制备过程和测试结果。采用单电感并联匹配的方法,研制了PZT陶瓷制作的面声波脉冲压缩滤波器。并对指条宽度设计提出了行之有效的新方法;解释了测试结果与理论偏差的原因。最后指出了该器件付诸实用所存在的问题。
This paper introduces the design principle, preparation process and test results of the LFM compression filter with center frequency f_0 = 15MHz, bandwidth △ f = 4MHz and time width T = 5μs. Using single inductor parallel matching method, developed a PZT ceramic surface acoustic pulse compression filter. And put forward the effective new method to the finger width design; explain the reason of the test result and the theory deviation. Finally, it points out the problems that the device is put into practical use.
