通过对抛掷爆破技术及对朝阳露天矿的开采工艺的分析,结合国内抛掷爆破—吊斗铲倒堆工艺成功应用先例,提出朝阳露天煤矿抛掷爆破—吊斗铲倒堆工艺可行性研究。通过分析确定了朝阳露天矿的抛掷爆破相关参数,包括炸药选择、台阶高度、采宽、孔网参数等。结果表明:朝阳露天煤矿具备应用抛掷爆破的条件,依据影响抛掷爆破效果的各项参数,给出了朝阳露天煤矿最佳爆破参数。
Based on the analysis of throwing blasting technology and mining technology of Chaoyang opencast mine and the successful application of domestic throwing blasting-dragline dumping technology, the feasibility of throwing blasting-dragline dumping technology in the open pit coal mine in Chaoyang is proposed. Through the analysis, the relevant parameters of throwing blasting in the open-pit mine of Chaoyang are determined, including the choice of explosives, the height of steps, the mining width, the parameters of pore network and so on. The results show that Chaoyang opencast coal mine has the conditions of application of throwing blasting, and the best blasting parameters of Chaoyang opencast coal mine are given according to the parameters that affect the blasting effect.
