目的研究九节菖蒲(Anemone altaica Fisch ex C.A.Mey)中的酚酸类化学成分。方法采用Diaion HP-20大孔吸附树脂,Sephadex LH-20凝胶,硅胶等柱色谱技术并结合制备液相对九节菖蒲水溶性成分进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据结合文献对化合物结构进行鉴定,对分离得到的新化合物来源进行了推测,同时分析了酚酸产物的生物合成来源。结果从九节菖蒲水溶性部位分离并鉴定了11个化合物:阿魏酰酒石酸甲酯A(Ⅰ),阿魏酰酒石酸甲酯B(Ⅱ),阿魏酰酒石酸乙酯B(Ⅲ),阿魏酰乳酸单甲酯(Ⅳ),阿魏酰乳酸二甲酯(Ⅴ),香草酸葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),对羟基苯甲酸葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ),绿原酸甲酯(Ⅷ),3-O-阿魏酰-奎宁酸(Ⅸ),5-O-feruloyl-3-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-2-deoxy-D-ribono-γ-lactone(Ⅹ),carboxymethyl isoferulate(Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ为新化合物,推测其为人工产物,化合物Ⅵ~Ⅺ为从该植物首次分离得到。
Objective To study the phenolic acids in Anemone altaica Fisch ex C.A. Mey. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by Diaion HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin, Sephadex LH-20 gel and silica gel column chromatography combined with preparative liquid. The structures of compounds were determined by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Identification, the source of isolated new compounds were speculated, and analyzed the biosynthetic origin of phenolic acids. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from water-soluble parts of Acorus calamus: ferulic acid methyl ester A (Ⅰ), ferulic acid methyl ester B (Ⅱ), ferulic acid ethyl tartrate B (Ⅲ) (Ⅳ), dimethyl feruloyl lactylate (V), vanilloid glycoside (Ⅵ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid glucoside (Ⅶ), chlorogenic acid methyl ester 5-O-feruloyl-3-O- (β-D-glucopyranosyl) -2-deoxy-D-ribono- γ -lactone (X), carboxymethyl isoferulate (Ⅺ) ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ are new compounds, which are presumed to be artificial products. Compounds Ⅵ ~ Ⅺ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
