推动职业教育科学发展,一个核心要素就是提高教师队伍整体素质。现代学徒制是通过校企深度合作,真正实现工学结合,将职业教育与企业生产实践紧密结合,校企双主体育人的一种人才培养模式。近年来,我国职教师资队伍建设取得长足进展,但亦存在一些问题。文章针对职业教育师资队伍结构不合理、“双师素质”严重不足等问题,从我国职业教育现代学徒制下的师资现状入手,分析湘绣专业在现代学徒制模式下师资队伍建设的途径,以期为湘绣专业的教学提供一些参考。
