教师在课堂自主教学中必须做到尊重学生,尽可能地把学习的主动权交给学生。在课堂上教师要为学生营造一种民主、和谐的氛围,给学生以安全感。教学中,教师根据教学的动态发展变化,学生的课堂表现、课堂需求,调整课堂教学进程。教师从学生的好奇、好问、好动,求知欲强的特征出发,鼓励学生质疑问难,使学生勤于思考,敢于提出问题,善于提问。一个小组有疑难,其他小组帮助解决,学生解决不了的问题,老师积极参与到学生的讨论中,点拨引导,共同解决。
