近年来,随着计算机网络技术和通信技术的飞速发展,移动通信系统也逐渐成为矿井生产调度、安全监控和抢险救灾的重要工具,无线多媒体通信已经成为未来矿井通信技术的发展趋势。现有视频编码技术并没有很好解决容错性能和编码效率之间的矛盾,必须突破传统视频编码思路的局限,引入新的编码思路和技术。文中对视觉理论编码中的感知视频编码技术、感知码率控制方法、感知视频容错编码技术,以及解码端错误隐藏技术等相关领域研究工作进行综述分析;提出基于视觉显著度模型的帧级、宏块级两级码率分配策略。
In recent years, with the rapid development of computer network technology and communication technology, mobile communication system has also gradually become an important tool for mine production scheduling, safety monitoring and disaster relief. Wireless multimedia communication has become the development trend of mine communication technology in the future. The existing video coding technology does not solve the contradiction between fault tolerance and coding efficiency, and must break through the limitation of traditional video coding and introduce new coding ideas and technologies. This paper summarizes the related research work in the field of visual theory coding such as perceptual video coding, perceptual code rate control, perceptual video fault tolerant coding, and decoding error concealment. The paper proposes frame-level, macro Block level two level rate allocation strategy.
