1. Overview of Network Security Situation From January to February 2014, the national public Internet network was basically normal in operation as a whole without any large-scale cyber security incidents causing serious consequences. The basic telecom operators’ networks in Sichuan Province were basically operating normally. The major incidents in the basic telecom operators’ intranet mainly include tampering with web pages, vulnerabilities and malicious code events. 2.
