在经历了资本的原始积累和资源的优化整合阶段之后,企业已经步入了“企业公民”这一全新竞争阶段。随之而来的企业社会责任运动已成全球性潮流。国际社会越来越看重企业社会责任,不仅跨国公司带头领引,而且国际组织将其量化,使社会责任成为对一流企业“高标准、严要求”的公认指标。提倡社会责任不仅仅为了提升企业社会形象,更能获得进入国际市场的通行证,提升企业的长期盈利能力。 具有社会责任感是决定企业能否在全球化运作中取得成功的决定性因素之一。只有勇于、善于承担企业社会责任,才能基业长青,实现可持续发展。 我国三大国家石油公司都在努力做得更强更大,朝着具有国际竞争力的跨国集团发展。承担企业社会责任,既是应尽之责,亦为发展之需。
After experiencing the initial accumulation of capital and the optimization and integration of resources, the company has stepped into a new competitive stage of corporate citizenship. The accompanying CSR movement has become a global trend. The international community pays more and more attention to corporate social responsibility. Not only does multinational corporations take the lead, but international organizations quantify it, making social responsibility a recognized indicator of “high standards and strict requirements” for first-class companies. Promoting social responsibility is not only to enhance the corporate social image, but also to gain access to the international market and improve the company’s long-term profitability. Having a sense of social responsibility is one of the decisive factors in determining whether a company can succeed in the operation of globalization. Only by being courageous and good at taking corporate social responsibilities, can we sustain our business and achieve sustainable development. The three major national oil companies in China are all working harder and stronger to develop internationally competitive multinational corporations. Taking corporate social responsibility is both a due responsibility and a need for development.
