“北京市民语言文化阅读书系”和“北京市民语言文化大讲堂丛书”的研编与出版,旨在为广大北京市民群众提供雅俗共赏、趣味盎然的语言文化普及读本,是北京市语委将语言文字工作与文化建设、终身教育、全民阅读、学习型社会建设密切结合起来的一件意义非凡的工作。两套丛书共同构成北京市语委重大项目“北京市民语言文化大讲堂”的学习读本。该专项由北京语言文字工作协会具体承办。
