新修改的刑事诉讼法特别设定了一节共五条的内容来规范技术侦查措施,是对我国之前司法改革和司法实践的认可与总结。而新刑诉法规定的有关内容尚有待进一步完善以及司法实践的检验。
The newly revised Criminal Procedure Law specially sets up a total of five sections to standardize technical investigation measures, which is the recognition and conclusion of the previous judicial reform and judicial practice in our country. The relevant provisions of the new Criminal Procedure Law still needs to be further improved and the judicial practice.
