通过对鱼雷电子产品环境应力筛选温度循环和机械振动两种方法的分析比较,提出了新的环境应力筛选条件和要求。实航试验证明,改进后的环境应力筛选方法,对元器件的早期故障剔除效果明显,大大提高了鱼雷电子产品的可靠性。
By analyzing and comparing the environmental stress screening temperature cycling and mechanical vibration of torpedo electronic products, new environmental stress screening conditions and requirements are put forward. The actual test proves that the improved method of environmental stress screening has obvious culling effect on the early failures of components and greatly improves the reliability of the torpedo electronic products.
