为了解决矿井瓦斯危害、提高瓦斯抽采率,海孜矿根据本矿井瓦斯赋存情况,采用了地面钻井、顺层双向钻孔、高位钻孔及大流量埋管技术的工艺、参数和效果等,并对瓦斯抽采效果进行可行性分析的基础上,采用了本煤层抽采、高位钻孔抽采和采空区抽采为一体的瓦斯综合抽采技术。应用结果表明:多种抽采方式相结合的瓦斯综合抽采技术,实现了瓦斯的综合利用,做到了煤与瓦斯共采。
In order to solve the mine gas hazard and increase the gas drainage rate, Haizi Mine adopted the technology, parameters and effects of ground drilling, bedding bi-directional drilling, high-level drilling and high-flow buried pipe technology according to the occurrence of gas in the mine , And based on the feasibility analysis of the gas drainage effect, the integrated gas drainage technology using the coal seam extraction, high-level drilling and extraction and goaf pumping is adopted.
