脑血栓形成是一种发病率较高、致残严重的老年常见病,因此对脑血栓形成病人防治工作已在国内外引起重视。我们两年来对80例脑血栓形成采用低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参注射液静点,取得了明显疗效、并在治疗前后进行了甲皱微循环观察、对此,现将结果报道如下: 一般资料 80例脑血栓形成,均经头颅CT确诊,其中男54例,女26例;年龄最大者83岁,最小者39岁,60岁以上占62％;夜间发作者占70％。发病前有关病因:如高血压、高脂血症、脑动脉硬化症、糖尿病、TIA、冠心病等。
