傅全有现为中共中央委员,中央军委委员,中国人民解放军总参谋长。傅全有是山西省崞县人,出生于1930年11月。1946年10月,傅全有参加了解放军,在晋绥野战军独立第二旅新兵团当战士。1947年8月,加入中国共产党。建国后,傅全有任副连长,随军驻守河西走廊。1950年1月,他提升为连长。1951年1月至3月,傅全有率部参加了新疆剿匪,活捉匪首乌斯满。由于作战勇敢,被提升为营参谋长。
Fu Quanyou is now member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, member of the Central Military Commission, chief of general staff of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. Fu Quanyou, a native of Shanxi Province, was born in November 1930. In October 1946, Fu Quanyou participated in the People’s Liberation Army and became a soldier in the second independent brigade of the Jin Sui Sui field army. In 1947 August, joined the Chinese Communist Party. After the founding of the PRC, Fu all served as deputy commander, with the army stationed in the Hexi Corridor. In 1950 January, he was promoted to company commander. From January to March 1951, Fu Quanyou led the bandits to take part in the suppression of bandits in Xinjiang and the first robbery of the bandits. Because of combat bravery, was promoted to battalion chief of staff.
