目的:改进2015年版中国药典土茯苓现有质量标准的含量测定方法。方法:通过改进供试品溶液的处理过程,优化操作步骤。结果:色谱条件为VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(39∶61)为流动相;检测波长为291 nm。改进方法的落新妇苷平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.1%(n=9)。落新妇苷进样量在0.047~9.400μg的范围内线性关系良好,测定结果与药典方法比较明显提高。结论:改进后的方法减少了实验过程中落新妇苷的损失,使结果更加准确,且操作较原方法简便。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the method for the determination of the existing quality standards of Smilax china in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition. Methods: By improving the processing of the test solution, optimize the operation steps. Results: The chromatographic conditions were VP-ODS column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-0.1% glacial acetic acid (39:61) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 291 nm. The average recoveries of astilbin in the modified method were 99.3%, RSD = 1.1% (n = 9). Astilbin injection volume in the range of 0.047 ~ 9.400μg good linear relationship between the determination and pharmacopoeia significantly improved. Conclusion: The improved method can reduce the loss of astilbin during the experiment, make the result more accurate and easier to operate than the original method.
