针对飞机发动机起动系统电气附件多,排故困难的特点,分析了研制在线检查仪的必要性、在线测试的基本原理,总结了检查仪的硬件组成和软件设计特点,研制了发动机起动系统在线检查仪,实现了对发动机起动系统在线检测各条电气线路的电压、电流、通断及转换时间以及起动箱等重要设备的性能检测等工作。经部队应用证明,该检查仪拓宽了部队的维护深度,提升了排故、检查和修理能力,进而提高了飞机发动机起动系统的可靠性,保障了飞机训练及作战任务的完成。
In view of the characteristics of the electrical accessories of the starting system of the aircraft engine and the difficulty in troubleshooting, the necessity of developing the on-line tester and the basic principle of the on-line testing are analyzed. The hardware components and software design features of the tester are summarized. The on- Instrument, to achieve the engine starting system on-line detection of various electrical lines voltage, current, on-off and conversion time, as well as starter box and other important equipment performance testing and so on. The troop application proves that the inspection instrument broadens the maintenance depth of the troops and improves the capability of troubleshooting, inspection and repair, thereby improving the reliability of the aircraft engine starting system and ensuring the completion of aircraft training and combat missions.
