党的十一届三中全会以来,我国工业企业在提高经济效益方面,已取得初步成效。但由于种种原因,许多方面的经济效益还较差,单位社会产品所消耗的物资,工业企业的资金利润率,大中型企业流动资金的周转速度等,都还没有达到历史上的最好纪录。今后提高工业企业经济效益的途径何在?应采取什么正确的对策?有哪些办法是我国大多数企业经过努力可以见效的?这些问题均引起了人们的关注。山西省长治市工业体制改革后,经济效益明显提高的实践,给了我们有益的启示。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, China’s industrial enterprises have achieved initial success in improving economic efficiency. However, due to various reasons, the economic benefits in many aspects are still poor. The materials consumed by social units, the capital profit rate of industrial enterprises and the liquidity turnover rate of large and medium-sized enterprises have not yet reached the best records in history. What are the ways to improve the economic efficiency of industrial enterprises in the future and what measures should be taken? What measures can be taken by the majority of our enterprises to work hard? All these issues have drawn people’s attention. After the reform of the industrial system in Changzhi City of Shanxi Province, the practice of obviously improving economic benefits has given us useful enlightenment.
