目的探讨新型护理模式在消化性溃疡患者中应用对疗效和复发影响。方法 50例消化性溃疡患者随机分为护理组和常规组,各25例。护理组采用新型护理模式护理,常规组采用常规护理,比较两组患者疗效及复发率。结果护理组患者治疗总有效率(96.00%)显著高于常规组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月护理组患者复发率为4.00%,显著低于常规组的24.00%,治疗后6个月护理组患者复发率为8.00%,显著低于常规组的36.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型护理模式在消化性溃疡患者中应用可有效提高患者疗效,降低复发率,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of new nursing model on the efficacy and recurrence in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 50 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into nursing group and conventional group, 25 cases each. The nursing group adopted a new nursing model care, conventional group using routine care, efficacy and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.
