一、以镇级便民服务中心为依托,积极转变服务方式建立镇级便民服务中心,是新形势下深化行政管理体制改革、促进经济社会又好又快发展的重要举措,构建起服务基层群众、促进农村经济发展、加快社会主义新农村建设的新平台。在场所建设上:全市所有镇(街道)均建设起面积不少于60平方米的便民服务大厅,配备必要的办公设施和便民设施。中心由党委副书记兼任主任,党政办公室具体负责日常管理,各科室选派工作人员进驻,实行集中办公。在进厅项目上:整合土地、城建、财政、经管、工贸、计生等部门,构建统一的行政审批服务平台,方便群众办事;整合信访、司法等部门,构建统一的社会矛盾调解平台,解决群众信访投诉等问题;整合劳动、民政、残联等部门,构建统一的社会保障服务平台,为群众就
