一、使用法律术语出现的错误1.乱用“强制措施”名称如:“被拘捕时他才知道现在是‘严打’”。这里的‘拘捕’不是一个规范的法律术语,我国刑事诉讼法规定的强制措施中也没有拘捕这个词。从字面理解,拘捕是拘留和逮捕,而依据我国刑诉法规定,拘留和逮捕,属于两种不同的强制措施
