2008年的大连旅游业是不同寻常的一年。从年初的罕见冰雪灾害,到汶川大地震,再到年末暴发的金融危机,大连市旅游业经历了几次重大考验。面对市场的惊涛骇浪,在大连市委、市政府的领导下,在全行业职工的共同努力下,大连战胜了一个又一个困难,再次书写了旅游发展的新篇章。据统计,2008年,大连市共接待海外游客95万人次,同比增长13.1%;实现旅游外汇收入6.58亿元,同比增长13.26%;实现国内旅游收入355亿元,同比增长26.11%;实现旅游总收入400亿元,同比增长23.04%。
Dalian tourism in 2008 is an unusual year. From the rare snow disaster at the beginning of the year to the Wenchuan earthquake and the financial crisis that broke out at the end of the year, the tourism industry in Dalian has undergone several major tests. Faced with the market’s stormy waves, under the leadership of Dalian municipal party committee and municipal government, with the joint efforts of all staff and workers in the industry, Dalian has overcome one difficulty after another and once again wrote a new chapter in tourism development. According to statistics, in 2008, Dalian received a total of 950,000 overseas tourists, an increase of 13.1% over the same period of last year; foreign exchange earnings from tourism amounted to 658 million yuan, up 13.26% over the same period of last year; domestic tourism revenue was 35.5 billion yuan, up 26.11% over the same period of last year; Revenue 40 billion yuan, an increase of 23.04%.
