本题是把多元扩散理论应用到相变等各种受扩散控制的动力学过程中去,选用一些合金(合金钢)作为对象,主要内容包括如下方面: 1)对多元扩散的唯象理论,实际扩散系数及其测量方法等进行总结评述,发表了“多元扩散唯象理论及其应用”文章。 2)测量Fe-Mn-Si三元系在1000℃α(δ)相的扩散系数, 包括主扩散系数D_(MnMn)、D_(SiSi)和交互扩散系数D(MnSi),D_(SiMn)。给出在测量的成分范围内扩散系数随成分变化的规律。
The problem is to apply the theory of multiple diffusion to various kinds of dynamic process of diffusion control such as phase change. Some alloys (alloy steel) are selected as the object. The main contents include the following aspects: 1) The phenomenological theory of multiple diffusion, Diffusion coefficient and measurement methods to summarize and comment, published “the theory of multiplication proliferation phenomenology and its application” article. 2) The diffusion coefficients of α (δ) phase of Fe-Mn-Si ternary system at 1000 ℃ are measured, including D_ (MnMn), D_ (SiSi) and interdiffusion coefficients D (MnSi) and D_ (SiMn). The law of diffusivity with composition is given in the measured composition.
