用营养液培养方法研究了黄瓜地上部对根系缺铁适应性反应的调节。缺铁导致植株根系 Fe~(3+)还原酶活性明显增加。缺铁处理的同时分别切去茎尖、茎尖及2片子叶或茎尖及第一片真叶,均不能抑制根系Fe~(3+)还原酶活性的增加。但缺铁使植株各组织中铁含量明显减少,韧皮部汁液中铁浓度也明显降低,相反蔗糖浓度显著增加。韧皮部汁液中铁浓度降低可能与根系适应性反应的调节有关,向根中增加碳水化合物的供应为还原酶活性的增加提供了能源。
The nutrient solution culture method was used to study the regulation of root adaptability to root iron deficiency in cucumber. Iron deficiency led to a marked increase of Fe ~ (3 +) reductase activity in plant roots. Iron deficiency treatment at the same time, respectively, cut the shoot tip, shoot tip and two cotyledons or shoot tip and the first true leaf, can not inhibit the root Fe 3 3 reductase activity increased. However, iron deficiency significantly reduced the content of iron in the tissues of the plants, and the iron concentration in the phloem juice also decreased significantly. On the contrary, sucrose concentration increased significantly. The reduction of iron concentration in phloem juice may be related to the regulation of adaptive root response, and increasing the supply of carbohydrate to roots provides energy for the increase of reductase activity.
