1990年6月至1994年12月,我们应用654-2与异丙嗪治疗偏头痛病人58例,取得显著疗效,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:58例均系门诊急诊患者,男19例,女39例,男女之比1:21。年龄24～52岁。病程2个月～27年。头痛持续时间3小时～25天,其中27例有周期性和反复发作史,大多数为数小时至3天,头痛间隔时间为数周或数月不等,均接受过止痛及对症治疗, June 1990 to December 1994, we applied 654-2 and promethazine 58 patients with migraine treatment, and achieved significant results are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 58 cases were outpatient emergency patients, 19 males and 39 females, the ratio of men and women 1:21.
