目的提出国人青少年侧脑室的脑室脑比(VBR)、第三脑室横径、第四脑室横径和前后径的CT测量正常值。方法确立正常人的标准,通过前瞻性研究测量176例青少年脑室系统的大小。结果本组男女脑室对应均值之间的差异均无显著性。据Hahn氏法,VBR1为0.25~0.38;据Mohr氏法,VBR2为0.01~0.20;据吴氏法,第三脑室横径为1.33~3.36mm;据Shapiro氏法,第四脑室横径为8.77~16.51mm,前后径为3.49~9.66mm。结论提出的脑室系统正常值为评价青少年脑室大小提供一项客观量化指标。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the normalized CT values of ventricular and brain-to-brain (VBR), third-ventricle and fourth-ventricle transverse and anteroposterior diameters in Chinese adolescent. Methods Establish a normal human standard and measure the size of the 176 young adult ventricular system by a prospective study. Results There was no significant difference between the corresponding mean of ventricles of men and women in this group. According to the Hahn’s method, the VBR1 is 0.25-0.38; according to the Mohr’s method, the VBR2 is 0.01-0.20; according to Wu’s method, the diameter of the third ventricle is 1.33-3.36mm; Shapiro’s method, the fourth ventricle diameter of 8.77 ~ 16.51mm, anteroposterior diameter of 3.49 ~ 9.66mm. Conclusions The normal ventricular system values proposed provide an objective and quantitative indicator for evaluating ventricular size in adolescents.
